Note: Remember, to get the best results, exercises should always be done at a moderate rate as opposed to a vigorous, fast burn. A heavier person burns more calories, so the same amount of physical activity can actually burn the same number of calories but more quickly. But remember, exercising hard and fast only increases the calories used slightly. To burn the most calories it is better to exercise for a longer time.
