Knock-Out Salsa

2 cups diced seeded tomatoes
1/2 cup minced fresh cilantro
1/4 cup lime juice
2 garlic cloves; minced
1/2 teaspoon hot-pepper sauce; or more to taste

Combine all of the ingredients in a medium bowl and enjoy! For more flair add diced colorful peppers, zucchini, onions and fresh parsley. This recipe yields 8 servings.
