Simple Mustard Sauce For Vegetables Or Meats

1 cup skim milk
2 tablespoons flour
1 tablespoon prepared mustard
1/4 teaspoon salt
Onion powder; to taste

Add all ingredients in a microwaveable bowl. Mix with a wire whisk until well blended. Microwave on high for 2 to 3 minutes or until thickened, stirring every minute. Pour over vegetables such as broccoli, asparagus, cauliflower, brussels sprouts, or meats. This recipe yields 4 servings. Comments: For a different taste try Dijon mustard.
