Soul Food Seasoning

2 tablespoons ground red pepper flakes
2 tablespoons garlic powder
2 tablespoons onion powder
2 tablespoons dark chili powder
1 tablespoon paprika
1 teaspoon thyme powder
1 teaspoon freshly-ground black pepper

Mix ingredients together and store in a sealed container. This spicy seasoning can be used on just about anything. This recipe yields about 3/4 cup.
