Lemon-Cream Couscous Dessert
3/4 cups skim milk
Bring milk and salt to boiling in a medium saucepan; stir in couscous. Cover and simmer 1 minute. Remove from heat and let stand for 5 minutes. Stir with a fork till fluffy. Cool.
