Peach-Bourbon Frozen Yogurt

2 peaches; peeled
--pitted and diced
3 tablespoons bourbon
1 tablespoon packed brown sugar
1 pint nonfat vanilla frozen yogurt; softened
4 tablespoons chopped pecans; optional

1.In a mixing bowl, combine peaches, bourbon and brown sugar. Let stand for 10 minutes.

2. Add frozen yogurt to the bowl. Use a potato masher to mix in the fruit mixture. Cover and freeze for 15 minutes, or until ready to serve.

3. Scoop frozen yogurt into 4 serving dishes and top with pecans, if desired. Serve immediately.

Makes about 2 cups, for 4 servings.

145 calories per serving; 6 grams protein; 0 grams fat; 26 grams carbohydrate; 70 mg sodium; 0 mg cholesterol; 1 gram fiber.
