Cranberry Pork Chops W/Turnips
4 lean pork loin chops; about 1/2
Trim fat from pork chops. Cook pork in 10-inch nonstick skillet over medium heat until brown on both sides. Sprinkle with sage and pepper. Pour broth around pork. Layer turnips around pork. Cover and simmer 15 minutes. Mix cranberry sauce and onion; spoon onto pork. Cover and simmer about 15 minutes until turnips are tender and pork is done. 4 SERVINGS.
