2 medium onions; sliced
Cook onions, garlic, paprika and caraway seed in oil in Dutch oven over medium heat about 6 minutes, stirring frequently, until onions begin to soften. Stir in veal, tomato paste and tomato sauce; reduce heat to low. Cover and simmer about 1 hour or until veal is tender. Stir in sour cream. Serve over noodles.4 SERVINGS (ABOUT 1-1/2 CUPS EACH).
