Apple-Cheese Oven Pancake
1 cup all-purpose flour
Heat oven to 450 degrees. Spray rectangular baking dish, 13 X 9 X 2 inches, with nonstick cooking spray. Beat flour, milk, salt, eggs and egg whites until smooth; pour into dish. Bake about 15 to 20 minutes or until puffy and golden brown. Meanwhile, heat margarine in 10-inch nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Saute apples and chives in margarine. Stir in sugar. Spoon apple mixture onto pancake. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake about 1 minute or until cheese is melted. 4 SERVINGS.
