Blue Cheese Dressing (2)
1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese
In a small bowl, whisk blue cheese, sour cream and mayonnaise. Stir in buttermilk, vinegar, parsley and scallions. Season with salt and pepper. (The dressing will keep, revered, in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.)
