Mix all ingredients thoroughly. Shape mixture into 4 patties, each 1/2 inch thick. Heat 10-inch nonstick skillet until hot. Place patties in skillet; reduce heat to medium. Cover and cook 6 to 8 minutes, turning once, until desired doneness. 4 SERVINGS.
