Herbed Parmesan Oven Fries
1 1/2 pound baking potatoes; peeled
1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Cut potatoes lengthwise into 1/4 inch thick slices, then cut the slices lengthwise into 1/4-inch-wide sticks. Place potatoes in a large bowl, lightly spray with nonstick cooking spray; toss to coat. Add the Parmesan, oregano, rosemary and pepper; toss again to coat thoroughly.
