Cold Tuscan Tomato Soup

26 ounces tomato-basil pasta sauce
1 cup finely chopped chopped cucumber
1/2 cup chopped green pepper
1/4 cup finely chopped green onions
3 tablespoons tarragon vinegar
3 garlic cloves; minced
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons minced fresh parsley
1 tablespoon minced fresh chives
1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon hot red pepper sauce
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
4 cups tomato juice

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Chill and serve.

Per serving: About 85 cal, 2 g pro, 14 g car, 4 g fat, 34% cal from fat, 0 mg chol, 1005 mg sod, 3 g fiber.
