Sausage Bites

1 1/2 cup Bisquick
1 lb. Sausage-crumbled and cooked
1 1/2 cups milk
8 oz. grated Sharp Cheddar Cheese
Tabasco Sauce (optional)

Mix all ingredeints together with spoon and drop on cookie sheet in small balls Bake in 375 deg. oven for 12 to 15 minutes



Steak and Stewed Tomatoes

2 lbs. Round Steak
1 med. Onion
1 Green Bell Pepper
1 clove Garlic
1 Lrg. can Tomatoes
Salt and Pepper
Cut steak in serving size pcs. and brown in skillet. Chop onion, garlic, and green pepper.Put browned steak and rest of ingredeints in covered pot, Bring to a boil and reduce heat and simmer until tender, about 2 hrs.


Cheese Cake

2 8oz. pkg. cream cheese
2/3 cups sugar
2 large eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
Blend all ingredients with mixer. Pour into 9 in. graham cracker crust. Bake at 350 deg. for 30 min. or until cake doesn't shake in middle. Cool completely and top with cherries, strawberries or your favorite topping.
Hot Chicken Salad

2 cups cubed baked chicken breast
1 cup chopped celery
1 small onion chopped
3/4 cups mayo
1/3 cup miracle whip
Mix all ingredients in a glass casserole dish and sprinkle top with 1/2 cup shredded cheese and 1/2 cup herb seasoned stuffing mix. Bake in 375 deg oven for 25 min.


Best Green Bean Casserole

2 cans grean beans
1 can Cream of Mushroom soup
1 1/2 cups Seasoned Stuffing Crumbles
Salt and Pepper to taste
In a glass casserole dish, mix together green beans, mushroom soup, and 1/2 the stuffing. Top with the remaining stuffing mix and cover and bake at 350 deg for about 30 minutes.


Homemade Cheese Puffs

1/2 cup butter
2 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1 cup Flour
1/8 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp. Paprika
    Soften butter and cheese in microwave. Mix flour,salt and paprika and softened cheese and butter together. Shape into small balls about 1 in. size. Bake on a cookie sheet about 15 min. in a 350 deg. oven until the balls are puffed and brown.
