These Recipe's are as near as we can find to the Restuarants that serve them on their menu.  

_TGI Friday's_Fried Grean Beans

Wasabi Cucumber Ranch Dip

1/2 cup ranch dressing
1/4 cup cucumbers, peeled, seeded, minced
1 tablespoon milk
1 1/2 teaspoons prepared horseradish
1 teaspoon cider vinegar
1 teaspoon wasabi powder
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 pinch cayenne pepper

Green Beans

1 egg, beaten
1 cup milk
4 cups vegetable broth or chicken broth
6-8 ounced fresh green beans
1 cup flour
1 cup plain breadcrumbs or seasoned dry bread crumbs
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
vegetable shortening, for frying or vegetable oil

Combine dip ingredients in blender. Blend until smooth.Place in bowl; cover and chill till ready to use. Dip willthicken as it chills.Place beans in the broth. Bring to a boil and cook 15 minutes, then place in cold water to stop cooking process. Mix beaten egg with milk in a shallow bowl.Measure 1 cup of flour into another shallow bowl.Combine bread crumbs, 3/4 teaspoons salt, black pepper, onion powder and garlic powder into a third bowl. Take a handful of beans out of the water and shake offexcess liquid.Coat the beans with the flour, shaking to remove excess flour.Dip the beans, one at a time, into egg/milk mixture, then dip in breadcrumb mixture.Place the beans on a plate until all are coated.Heat the shortening or oil to 350*F in a heavyskillet(or use deep fryer). Use enough to cover the beans, about 1 1/2 inches.Fry until golden brown, about 1 1/2 minutes.Drain on paper towels.To serve, place on a large platter and serve with the wasabi cucumber ranch dip. Enjoy!

Red Lobster's Cheddar Bay Biscuits

2 C. Bisquick
1/2 C. cold water
3/4 C. grated, sharp cheddar cheese
1/4 C. butter
1 tsp. parsley
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning

    Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Mix together baking mix, cold water, and grated cheese. Cut biscuits with a cutter, and place onto a baking dish. Melt butter and seasonings together. Brush with the butter and spices and bake for 8 to 10 minutes.

KFC's Biscuits

1 1/2 cups flour
1 1/2 teaspoon salt
1 Tablespoon sugar
1 Tablespoon baking powder
2/3 cup milk
1/3 cup vegetable shortening

   Preheat oven to 425F. Sift together flour, salt, sugar and baking powder into mixing bowl. Make a well in the flour mix and add the milk. Add shortening and begin kneading with hands (to cut in) the vegetable shortening and flour in the milk until thoroughly mixed. Add milk, if needed to form, and mix. Turn onto floured board, and knead gently 6 to 8 times. Pat dough to 1/2-inch thickness. Cut into biscuits. Place on baking sheet and brown in oven 10-13 minutes. Makes about 9 biscuits.

Dirt Cake

Crush a 1 1/2 pound pkg of OREO
Cookies and set them aside for now.
Cream together
1/2 stick margarine softened
1 cup powdered sugar 8 oz cream cheese
Mix together in a separate bowl
3 1/2 cups milk
12 oz cool whip Large pkg Vanilla Pudding Instant Add creamed mixture to pudding mixture and mix well. Layer the Crushed Cookies and Pudding mixture, finishing with the Crushed cookies in a baking dish sufficient to hold the mix. If you wish, you can use a pottery flower pot for realism!
